Further property support

More support,
when you need it.

Block management is our core business. We also help landlords, owners and executors with related property services.

For landlords

Lettings & property management

Practical support from finding a tenant through to ongoing rent collection and maintenance coordination.

  • Marketing, viewings and tenant referencing
  • Tenancy administration and deposit arrangements
  • Safety certificate coordination and inventories
  • Rent collection, landlord statements and repairs

Specialist advice

Property valuations

We arrange valuations through independent RICS-qualified surveyors. The appropriate specialist is appointed for the property and the purpose of the report.

Valuations can support a sale, insurance arrangements or probate property reporting. The surveyor provides the professional valuation.

For property owners

Property sales

Support with marketing a property, finding a buyer and coordinating the sale process. The agency terms and commission are agreed before we begin.

We work alongside the appointed solicitors and relevant specialists as the transaction progresses.

For executors & families

Property support during probate

Help looking after a property while an estate is administered, including maintenance coordination, access, property records and arranging specialist reports.

Our role is property support. Legal probate work is handled by the appointed legal adviser.

For leaseholders

Lease extension assistance

Practical support with extending your lease, helping you coordinate the process and keep matters moving. We can assist with gathering property information and liaising with your freeholder, solicitor and valuer.

We work alongside your appointed specialists, who provide the legal advice and professional valuation, with our scope of support agreed at the outset.
