Douglas McKay, MSc
Founder & Director
Doug began his property journey in 2018, when he was appointed director of a freehold company that had acquired the block of flats where he lived. He went on to launch McKay Property Solutions with his business partner to manage that freehold, and subsequently undertook professional property-management training with ARMA (now TPI). The company then expanded into lettings within the building and across the surrounding area. Doug later focused the company’s operations in South East London and established a base there, where he oversees the management of a growing portfolio of blocks across London and the South East.
Ronald Calma, BA (Hons)
Business Development Manager
Ronald holds a degree in International Business Management and brings a sharp eye for business operations, sales and marketing. He plays a key role in maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and developing new business, from the first conversation through to successful negotiation.

Jonathan “Jonny” Carter, MA MTPI
Head of Property Management
Jonny brings nearly two decades of property management experience to McKay Property Solutions. He leads our team of part-time property managers, overseeing the day-to-day management of our blocks and supporting consistent standards of service across the portfolio.
Responsible for staff onboarding, training and supervision, Jonny ensures the team is equipped to support directors, freeholders and residents. He also oversees the company’s lettings and sales services, bringing experienced leadership across both areas of the business.

Anand “Andy” Katdhare
Head of Property Maintenance
Andy brings decades of property maintenance experience to McKay Property Solutions, overseeing the practical care and upkeep of the buildings we manage. He carries out inspections, identifies maintenance issues and provides out-of-hours call-out support.
He also develops and maintains our network of approved contractors, coordinates maintenance schedules and supervises works. Working with appropriately qualified specialists, Andy coordinates gas safety checks and electrical installation condition reports (EICRs), helping keep buildings safe, well maintained and compliant.
